For anyone looking looking to work with Operation Wallacea, you can apply at their website here. Note that most field staff positions are unpaid but provide all food and board as well as some reimbursement of travel costs to get there. Although the hours can be long, we found the expeditions to be a phenomenal way to experience and monitor wildlife around the world.
